On an infinite, two-dimensional, rectangular lattice of 1-ohm resistors, what is the resistance between two nodes that are a knight's move away?
I've been told it takes Fourier Series, but I've only taken one class in electrical engineering, so I am beyond stumped. According to xkcd, I've been nerd-sniped.
